About The Postcard Hotel The Postcard Hotel is a collection of intimate luxury hotels and resorts offering personalised hospitality, exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor for The Postcard Chitwan who will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across the property.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and ready within stipulated timelines.
• Allocate duties, prepare rosters and supervise housekeeping associates.
• Train and guide the team on cleaning standards, hygiene, grooming and guest interaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Laundry and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
• Monitor inventory of linen, guest amenities and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of resources and minimise wastage.




• Conduct regular inspections to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and housekeeping SOPs. Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Experience in supervising housekeeping teams.
• Good knowledge of room cleaning, laundry, linen management and hygiene standards.
• Solid leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and a guest-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of operations. Location The Postcard Chitwan, Nepal
