? WE ARE HIRING – BIM MODELER (JOINERY & INTERIOR FIT-OUT)

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and capable of developing accurate 3D BIM models, detailed shop drawings, and coordinated construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for interior fit-out and joinery works using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare joinery shop drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Develop detailed models for custom furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, counters, doors, wall paneling, and other joinery elements.
- Prepare interior layouts, floor finish layouts, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and interior elevations.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, joinery, and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Incorporate client and consultant comments into drawings and models.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project specifications, approved designs, and construction requirements.
- Coordinate with design, drafting, and site teams to resolve technical issues.




- Maintain drawing registers, revision records, and submission schedules.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in Autodesk Revit and BIM modeling.
- Knowledge of joinery detailing and interior fit-out construction.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Experience in shop drawings, material finishes, and construction detailing.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. **Preferred

Experience:
Experience in commercial interiors, offices, hospitality, airports, retail spaces, and joinery fit-out projects will be an advantage. ?
