Bangalore, India Mission We're building and operating a production-grade gateway that brokers access to multiple generative AI providers (Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, and more) deployed in AWS. This is a real infrastructure role with real impact: you'll manage the backbone that powers AI access across our organization, serving as the single source of truth for model availability, access control and cost governance. If you love solving infrastructure puzzles, debugging under pressure, and building reliable systems that people depend on, this is for you. Responsibilities Day-to-day:
• Operate AWS infrastructure as code (Terraform) across multiple stacks—ECS Fargate, RDS, ElastiCache, ALB, Cognito/Entra ID
• Deploy changes through CI/CD pipelines; troubleshoot failed deployments and rollback safely
• Debug authentication flows, VPC routing, and API brokering when things break (and they will)
• Respond to incidents: on-call for auth outages and degradations Strategic:




• Analyze postmortems and turn incidents into process improvements by updating runbooks and improving observability
• Curate the approved model list
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams to keep the system secure and compliant Real challenges you'll tackle:
• Terraform drift detection and prevention (it's trickier than it sounds)
• Managing role-based access in a system with global and team-level permissions
• Balancing data residency and processing constraints with multi-region model availability
• Building operational excellence in a critical environment Requirements / Profile Robust hands-on AWS experience (ECS, RDS, ALB, Secrets Manager, IAM)
• Strong knowledge of python and bash scripting for ops automation (some knowledge of JavaScript is a plus)
• Knowledge of Entra ID for SSO federation and group sync
• Comfort with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code workflows
• Experience debugging networking, authentication, or containerized applications
• SQL knowledge (at least basic querying and troubleshooting)
• Git/GitHub workflow familiarity
• A bias toward documentation and runbooks Nice to have:
• LiteLLM proxy experience (or willingness to learn)
• Cognito, Entra ID, or OAuth integration experience
• X-Ray or CloudWatch observability deep dives
