About the Role
Jetking Infotrain Limited is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Khar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security, and Cloud Computing, along with the ability to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training to students.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver classroom and practical training in CCNA, Networking, Hardware, Cyber Security Basics, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, and Windows & Linux Administration.
• Conduct hands-on lab sessions and assist students in troubleshooting technical issues.
• Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Monitor student progress and provide individual guidance to improve technical skills.
• Conduct mock interviews and support students with technical interview and placement preparation.
• Maintain accurate student attendance, batch reports, assessments, and training records.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and relevant IT certifications.
• Create an engaging and interactive learning environment to enhance student outcomes. Required Skills




• Robust understanding of Networking and IT Infrastructure.
• Knowledge of routers, switches, IP addressing, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and basic server administration.
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and Cloud Computing.
• Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a student-focused mentoring approach. Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, CompTIA, or Cyber Security certifications will be an added advantage.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.
