Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage end-to-end execution of Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC projects, including WTP, ETP, STP, Recycle & Reuse, RO, UF, Desalination, and ZLD Plants. The role involves project planning, engineering coordination, contract management, site execution, commissioning, and customer relationship management while ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards. Responsibilities
• Lead EPC project execution from kick-off to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Review engineering deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs;, layouts, equipment sizing, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation teams.
• Handle contract administration, cost control, claims, variations, and commercial negotiations.
• Oversee site activities,



installation, testing, commissioning, and performance validation.
• Interface with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive operational excellence, quality compliance, and safety culture. Qualifications

Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment EPC projects. Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of WTP, ETP, STP, RO, UF, Desalination, and ZLD technologies.
• Experience in project planning, commissioning, contract management, and commercial controls.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project/Primavera.
• Solid leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
