Key Responsibilities
• Conduct advanced candidate searches on LinkedIn using Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Premium features like Talent Insights, Open Profile filters, and Spotlights.
• Collaborate with recruiters to qualify profiles, shortlist 50+ candidates daily, and maintain ATS records for high-volume US staffing projects. Required Qualifications
• 2-8 years of hands-on experience in US/Canada staffing, IT recruitment, or RPO.
• Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing: Boolean logic.
• Excellent English communication; ability to work US night shifts with high energy.
