Purpose/Objective: Procurement of goods and services for Airport Capex projects
- Tender Document preparation, Evaluate Bids, Techno-commercial Negotiations & finalization of Contracts related to CAPEX projects, design consultancies, Interior & finishing project

Key Responsibilities
of Role:
• PR review, identify the requirement and action the same
• Coordinate with respective technical team for understanding and collecting details related to
• requirements
• Consolidation of common requirements following to review of PR
• Preparation of inquiry / Tender Documents as per inputs from Engineering/Projects/Business department
• and floating the same to the prequalified bidders.
• Coordination end user for vendor query resolution and response to vendors
• Comparative preparation rates, terms and condition
• Techno-commercial negotiations
• Preparation of NFA




• Preparation of LOA/PO after NFA approval
• Coordination with respective airport Techno Commercial Team.
• Interaction with Engineering, Estimation, Project Management, Quality, Business, Human Resources,
• Finance & Accounts, MAAS, Taxation and Legal for Package Specific requirements
• MIS Qualifications and

Experience:
• B.
E. /B. Tech. Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• 4-8 years functional role, having experience of working for Mechanical/Electrical related estimation, procurement and contract management. Basic understanding of contracting, taxation etc. MIS preparation and experience of working in SAP/ERP system/Ariba would be preferred
