• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements through BRDs, User Stories, and Use-Cases.
• Discuss and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to solutionize business requirements.
• Lead digital transformation projects across Pan Max, ensuring timely project tracking, status updates, and delivery.




• Ensure quality assurance through test case creation and execution to enable defect-free deployment in production.
• Support UAT activities and obtain sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
• Provide post-production support including defect tracking and resolution of all issues to ensure business-as-usual (BAU) operations Experience &

E. / B.
Tech. / MCA
• 3–7 years of experience in digital project deliveries; healthcare experience preferred
• Robust understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology
• Proficiency in Application Programming Interfaces (API) and PL/SQL
• Strong stakeholder management and User Story writing skills
