• Assist in the development and maintenance of websites and microsites
• Update website content, images, banners, and forms
• Make minor changes to existing web pages
• Support website testing, quality checks, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate day‑to‑day operations for events & masterclasses
• Manage content updates, evaluation forms, and user feedback
• Track invoices, deliverables, and timelines with multiple teams
• Conduct basic QC checks to ensure accuracy before publishing
• Escalate critical issues for timely resolution What We’re Looking For
• Robust communication & coordination skills
• Attention to detail with follow‑up discipline
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset
