About the role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead our Ad Sales function, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales leadership, strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management experience, along with a proven track record of delivering consistent sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Revenue Growth: Take ownership of revenue targets, business objectives, and client acquisition goals.
• Sales Leadership: Lead the Ad Sales function and drive sales initiatives across brands and direct clients.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to support business expansion and market growth.
• Pipeline & Performance Management: Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, budgeting, and revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Market Intelligence: Track industry developments, competitive dynamics,



and emerging digital media trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships, improve retention, and drive repeat business.

• A proven track record of achieving revenue targets and delivering consistent sales performance.
