Experience:
15+ Years Industry: Real Estate / Construction (Residential – High-Rise) Bengaluru-based candidates will be preferred.
• Lead and manage the architectural design team for multiple residential high-rise projects
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Mentor and develop the design team for high performance and innovation
• Ensure compliance with building codes and statutory regulations Desired Skills & Competencies:
