Mahindra University invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager – Corporate Relations & Placements, to build corporate partnerships and generate employment and internship opportunities for MBA and BBA students by engaging with leading organizations across industries.

Location:
Hyderabad, Telangana. Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and approach companies to establish recruitment partnerships with the University.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, recruiters, and industry leaders.
• Generate placement and internship opportunities for MBA and BBA students.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives, interviews, and corporate engagement activities.
• Explore opportunities for industry collaborations, live projects, and corporate interactions.
• Maintain a database of prospective recruiters and track placement opportunities.




• Achieve targets for recent recruiter acquisition and student placements. Required Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 4–8 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, or campus placements.
• Strong networking, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Note
• Candidates without relevant business development experience will not be considered.
