• Should be comfortable adapting to changing requirements and priorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30–40% as required. 4. Key Skills & Technical Competencies The candidate should possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:
• Material & Fabrication Costing: Understanding of materials, fabrication costing, and cost estimation methodologies.
• Cost Analysis: Experience in zero-based costing, cost-sheet preparation, analysis, and validation.




• Strategic Sourcing: Experience in floating RFQs, evaluating supplier quotations, and preparing cost comparisons.
• Commercial Negotiations: Strong negotiation skills to drive cost optimization and achieve favourable commercial terms.
• Contract Management: Experience in contract management, reviewing commercial terms and conditions, and drafting contract clauses.
• ERP Systems: Practical working experience in an ERP environment, preferably SAP or Oracle. 5. Behavioural & Functional Competencies
