Cherry Homes Vagamon is looking for a responsible, trustworthy and hospitable caretaker to manage day-to-day property operations, housekeeping and guest requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out.

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas.

- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, covered terrace and surroundings.

- Maintain the garden and general upkeep of the property.

- Coordinate with the property owner regarding bookings, guest requirements and daily operations.

- Ensure guest safety, cleanliness and adherence to property rules.

Salary, Benefits and Other Perks:

- Monthly salary: ₹15,000 (negotiable based on experience).

- Free accommodation at the property.

- Food cooking provision.

- Opportunity to earn additional income/profit sharing from meals and food orders prepared for guests,



based on a mutually agreed arrangement.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in a homestay, hotel, resort or housekeeping role is preferred.

- Basic cooking skills are preferred; experience preparing Kerala-style meals for guests is an advantage.

- Valuable guest-handling and communication skills.

- Must be honest, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.

- Willingness to stay at the property and work flexible hours depending on guest bookings.

- Knowledge of Malayalam is essential; basic English Tamil & Hindi is an advantage.
