We are looking for a responsible, active and well-organised Manager to independently manage the day-to-day operations of our Service Apartment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily service apartment operations.

2. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.

3. Manage room bookings and reservations.

4. Coordinate housekeeping and room maintenance.

5. Ensure rooms are clean, hygienic and ready for guests.

6. Handle guest enquiries, complaints and customer service.

7. Supervise staff and manage daily work schedules.

8. Maintain records of bookings, payments and expenses.

9. Ensure smooth functioning of the property.

Candidate Requirements:

10. Previous experience in hotel, resort or service apartment management preferred.

11. Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

12. Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently.

13. Honest, responsible and punctual.

14. Preferred language - Hindi, English, Tamil
