Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, well-groomed and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our Southloom Mega Showroom at Pulayanarkotta.

The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

- Explain product features, fabric, quality, pricing and offers to customers.

- Handle sales of sarees, ethnic wear, handloom products and other Southloom collections.

- Maintain proper product display, folding and arrangement within the assigned section.

- Ensure that the showroom and merchandise remain clean, organized and presentable.

- Assist customers during trials, selection and purchase decisions.

- Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.





- Maintain good knowledge of recent arrivals, ongoing offers and product collections.

- Coordinate with the billing and other showroom teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.

- Maintain proper discipline, punctuality and professional conduct during working hours.

- Perform other showroom-related duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th / Plus Two.

- Freshers are preferrred

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

- Ability to work as part of a team.

- Willingness to work on weekends and during peak festive seasons.

- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
