Technician ensures high site availability, infrastructure reliability, and safety adherence across assigned telecom sites. This role manages preventive and corrective maintenance, site power systems, alarm resolution, energy reporting, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1 Site & Maintenance Operations: Perform daily Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) across assigned site types (BSC, HUB, POP; GBT/RTT; ID/OD).

2 Infrastructure Upkeep: Troubleshoot power and cooling assets including DG, SMPS, SPS, AC, TCU, FCU, and Baseband units.

3Safety & Compliance: Enforce zero-harm standards, submit safety declarations, wear required PPE, conduct daily Tool Box Talks (TBT), and report site hazards immediately.

4 Coordination & Availability: Work closely with FSEs, DTMs, TOC, and surveillance teams.
