Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare tasty, hygienic and quality food.

* Experience in preparing biriyani, fried rice, Chinese dishes and other hotel items.

* Maintain consistent food quality and taste.

* Manage kitchen operations efficiently.

* Control food costs and avoid unnecessary wastage.

* Manage raw materials, stock and inventory efficiently.

* Ensure proper portion control and cost-effective food preparation.

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.

Job Requirements:

* Previous hotel or restaurant cooking experience.

* Valuable cooking skills and taste.

* Knowledge of kitchen cost control and stock management.

* Ability to manage kitchen operations responsibly.

* Hardworking and dedicated.
