We are looking for a skilled, passionate and professionally minded Cake Chef who can take our cake production to the next level through quality, hygiene, consistency and systematic working.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage daily cake production.

Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, food safety and kitchen cleanliness.

Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality and presentation.

Implement standard recipes, measurements and production procedures.

Maintain proper stock, wastage and batch production records.

Train and guide team members towards professional working standards.

Improve production efficiency, product quality and customer satisfaction.
