Position: Team Lead – Operations

Experience: 1–5 Years

Employment: Full-time

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor Bikers & Supervisors across the assigned region.

Plan daily manpower deployment and ensure optimum utilization of field resources.

Track attendance, availability, productivity & team performance.

Allocate and monitor device pickup leads based on location and manpower availability.

Review daily performance and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Coordinate with customers and field teams to ensure successful device recovery.

Maintain accurate MIS reports and drive achievement of operational targets.
