Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure job requisitions, candidate selection processes and recruiting workflows.
- Manage candidate lifecycle from application to offer.
- Configure career sites, interview processes and offer approvals.
- Support integrations with Core HR and other HCM modules.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to optimize recruitment processes.
