About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Patient Care Executives (PCEs) to join our team. The role involves coordinating with patients, clients, stockists, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of patient-care and healthcare service processes. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with PCE teams and stockists for timely release of medicines. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for acknowledgements and required documentation. Complete and maintain document validation as per process requirements. Maintain CN MIS, trackers, and dashboards with accurate and timely updates. Coordinate with clients for CN release and related requirements. Manage CN replenishment and coupon issuance. Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure process compliance.



Support the team in delivering a smooth and positive patient/customer experience.

Position Languages Required

PCE 1 English, Hindi, and south language

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and dashboards. Good follow-up and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail. Candidates who can communicate effectively in the required languages will be preferred.
