WE ARE HIRING - HR MANAGER

Industry: Recruitment, Staffing & Payroll Management

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR operations, recruitment services and outsourced payroll management activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, payroll processing, labour law compliance and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients.
- Handle bulk hiring, lateral hiring and executive recruitment.
- Develop recruitment strategies and candidate databases.
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client manpower requirements.

2. Payroll Management

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for client organisations.
- Handle salary calculations, attendance, leave and overtime records.
- Ensure accurate processing of salary, incentives, deductions and reimbursements.
- Manage payroll inputs, salary slips and payroll reports.
- Handle payroll queries and employee coordination.

3. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, TDS on salary and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate statutory filings, challans and compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee records and payroll registers.

4. Client Relationship & Business Operations

- Coordinate with clients for recruitment and payroll requirements.
- Manage client onboarding and service delivery.




- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand recruitment and payroll services.

5. Team Management

- Lead recruitment and payroll executives.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.
- Establish standard operating procedures.
- Prepare MIS reports and management dashboards.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in HR consultancy, recruitment agency, staffing or payroll outsourcing company preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Positive understanding of PF, labour laws and salary structures.
- Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Payroll software.
