Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Salary & Experience

- Freshers: 13,000/month + Performance Incentives
- HR/Recruitment Interns: 15,000/month + Performance Incentives
- Experienced Recruiters: Up to 40,000 Take-Home + Incentives up to 25,000/month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Freshers & HR Interns

- Female graduates from any stream (2025 & 2026 pass-outs).
- HR or Recruitment internship experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and interest in recruitment.

2. Experienced Recruiters

- Female candidates with 6 months3 years of recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in BPO or Healthcare recruitment.





Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
