Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with staff and Quality Hod for all the activities

•Daily rounds to the Floors based on the checklist.

• Capture data for the Indicators of Quality department.

• Active case sheet audit (1 wing daily) based on the defined parameters

• Daily Reporting of the data on case sheet audit

• Daily one department audit to ensure compliance of the Quality requirements

• Reporting of the rounds and departmental observations • Conduct trainings to the staff on mandatory trainings. Participate in re-orientation sessions to the staff

• Prepare training modules on different topics. Make presentations wherever required.

• Implement International patient safety goals. Develop a mechanism for capturing data. Reporting of the data





• Responsible for Safety committee meetings. Ensure the committee is met as per the defined periodicity, document minutes of meeting and follow-up for action points discussed

• Trainings of staff on occupational hazards.

• Do safety rounds and ensure closure of the gaps identified

• Carry out the following tasks related to ISO / NABL /NABH /other quality certifications and accreditation

• Take Quality improvement initiatives in the departments
