Jana Small Finance Bank is looking for experienced banking

professionals for Branch Manager positions across Tamil Nadu.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive branch-level business growth with a focus on CASA and Retail Liabilities.
- Achieve Savings Account and Current Account acquisition targets.
- Drive deposit mobilization and strengthen the branch liability portfolio.
- Lead, manage and motivate the branch sales and relationship management team.
- Develop business through local market penetration and customer acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with premium customers and business associates.
- Monitor team productivity, sales performance and monthly business targets.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies,



KYC norms and operational guidelines.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Branch Manager in Banking.
- Robust experience in CASA and Retail Liabilities is mandatory.
- Previous team handling experience is compulsory.
- Candidates from Private Banks and Small Finance Banks preferred.
- Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills.
- No employment gap is acceptable.

SALARY & BENEFITS:

CTC up to 18 LPA, depending on experience and current compensation.
