Role Summary
Looking for a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to handle client coordination, logistics operations, and billing/payment follow-ups. The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end customer coordination
* Plan and ensure timely vehicle placement
* Share vehicle details and status updates with clients
* Handle bill submission and payment follow-ups
* Prepare RFT/RFQ quotes and maintain MIS reports
* Resolve customer issues promptly
* Coordinate with procurement and operations teams
Requirements
* 2-6 years experience in logistics/transport operations
* Strong communication & multitasking skills
* Positive knowledge of billing, MIS, and client handling
* Preferred
* Experience in transportation/logistics industry
* Customer-focused and problem-solving mindset
