Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Banking and Financial Services sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various banking positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Recruit for banking roles such as Relationship Officers, Relationship Managers, Sales Executives, Branch Operations, Credit Officers, and other banking positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates and maintain follow-up until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly hiring updates.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Achieve monthly recruitment targets and hiring turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Any Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Prior experience in Banking / BFSI recruitment is preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of banking sales and operations profiles.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Monthly hiring targets.
- Interview-to-selection ratio.
- Offer-to-joining ratio.
- Recruitment turnaround time (TAT).
- Candidate quality and joining ratio.

Salary up to 27K per Month
