Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain service standards.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene, and store cleanliness as per company guidelines.
- Monitor sales performance, customer experience, and operational KPIs during the shift.
- Manage staff deployment, shift planning, attendance, and task allocation to ensure adequate manpower.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, inventory management, and stock control.
- Support team training, onboarding, and development of Baristas and other team members.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager to achieve business targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
