Position: Junior MEP Quantity Surveyor Mechanical

Company:Multi National Cost Consultants ( QS Consultants ) to work on Middle East Projects

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 25 Years

Company: Multinational Cost Consultants (QS Consultants) working on Middle East projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity take-offs and measurements for HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems.

Preparation of BOQs, estimates and measurement sheets.

Review mechanical drawings, specifications and tender documents.

Support pre-contract and post-contract QS activities.

Knowledge of POMI, CESMM, SMM7 or NRM2.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in Mechanical MEP Quantity Surveying.

Valuable knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Firefighting systems.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of CostX, PlanSwift or Bluebeam preferred.

GCC / Middle East project experience is preferred but not mandatory
