- Lead by example in delivering high-quality clinical care, ensuring adherence to established treatment protocols and clinical standards.
- Take accountability for the end-to-end patient journey, including diagnosis, treatment planning, Panchakarma, medication, diet counselling, follow-ups, and patient success.
- Build, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and patient-first thinking.
- Ensure that patient concerns are addressed promptly, care remains coordinated across touchpoints, and the overall patient experience meets Betterway's standards.
- Monitor centre-level performance across clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, treatment adherence, team productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with central teams and clinical leadership to resolve operational challenges, improve care delivery, and support centre-level initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical quality, patient retention, team effectiveness, and the overall functioning of the centre.

What We Desire?

- BAMS/MD from a reputable Ayurvedic college, preferably specialising in Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, or Stree / Prasuti Rog, with 10+ years of experience.
- Strong clinical expertise in managing chronic pain disorders, Ayurvedic treatment principles, panchakarma procedures, and personalised patient care.
- Prior experience in clinical team leadership, healthcare facility management, or centre-level operations would be preferred.
- Sound understanding of patient assessment, treatment planning, contraindications, medication interactions, and continuity of care.
- Ability to mentor and develop team members while upholding high standards of clinical practice and professional conduct.
- Strong ownership of clinical and operational outcomes,



balancing patient needs with centre performance and day-to-day requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, including managing escalations and resolving complex issues.
- Proficiency in digital tools, clinical documentation, performance dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, taking ownership beyond defined responsibilities.
