Role & Responsibilities

1. Handle travel enquiries, understand client requirements, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
2. Prepare customised domestic and international travel itineraries and quotations.
3. Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability targets.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth travel arrangements and excellent customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism will have an added advantage.
2. Freshers are welcome. Candidates with 13 years of experience in travel sales or hospitality will be preferred.
3. Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
4. Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations; willingness to learn about travel planning.
5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with calling and regular lead follow-ups.
