Position: Junior MEP Quantity Electrical

Company:Multi National Cost Consultants ( QS Consultants ) to work on Middle East Projects

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2-5 Years

Company: Multinational Cost Consultants (QS Consultants) working on Middle East projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Quantity take-offs and measurements for electrical building services.

Measurements covering lighting, power, cable trays, conduits, cables, switchgear, DBs and related electrical systems.

Preparation of BOQs, estimates and measurement sheets.

Review electrical drawings, specifications and tender documents.

Support pre-contract and post-contract QS activities.

Knowledge of POMI, CESMM, SMM7 or NRM2.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

25 years of experience in Electrical MEP Quantity Surveying.

Positive knowledge of electrical building services and quantity measurements.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of CostX, PlanSwift or Bluebeam preferred.

GCC / Middle East project experience is preferred but not mandatory
