Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of automation engineers to design, develop, and maintain automated tests for various applications using Java Selenium.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Develop and execute manual tests to validate software functionality before automating it using automation tools like Selenium.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, providing feedback on defects found during testing.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in automation testing with expertise in Java Selenium.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) principles including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment & maintenance.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
