Job Summary

To ensure compliance of GMP & HACCP requirements as per the quality management system.

Responsibilities

- Quality Certification documentations for BRC / FSSC 22000
- Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Complete all FSSAI formalities and documentations.
- Conducting the Training Programs for employees, pertaining to quality implementation, Personal hygiene & compliance on Food Safety and HACCP
- Responsible to ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
- Reporting deviations to QA Lead to regularize and continual improvement of the process and system.
- Responsible for product sampling and Quality Analysis and Chemical test.
- Making COA and final dispatch documentation.
