ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Digital Installation Support Executive in Gurugram, Haryana, India. This is a full time permanent on site role. You will assist visitors and operational teams in using interactive digital installations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Guide users through interactive installations to enhance their experience.
2. Monitor the basic functionality of installations to ensure they are operating correctly.
3. Report any technical issues to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
4. Coordinate with technical teams to maintain the smooth operation of installations.
5. Maintain logs of any issues encountered to track and resolve recurring problems.
6. Support the overall visitor experience by providing excellent customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1.



Basic technical knowledge to understand and troubleshoot installation issues.
2. Experience in customer service to effectively assist visitors.
3. Solid communication skills to interact with both visitors and technical teams.
4. Interest in interactive technologies and a willingness to learn more about them.
