Leon Grill is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Maintenance who can independently monitor and manage maintenance activities across 2–3 restaurant outlets in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth maintenance operations, vendor management, preventive maintenance planning and timely closure of outlet-level maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently monitor and manage maintenance activities across 2–3 outlets.
- Handle regular maintenance follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of pending issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion and quality of work.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment-related maintenance.
- Conduct periodic outlet inspections and identify preventive maintenance requirements.
- Ensure breakdowns are attended to promptly to avoid operational disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, service records, expense trackers and vendor details.
- Monitor maintenance costs and ensure efficient utilisation of resources.
- Coordinate with Restaurant Managers,



Area Managers and Operations teams for maintenance planning and execution.
- Track recurring maintenance issues and recommend long-term corrective actions.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled preventive maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in maintenance or facility management.
- Experience in QSR, restaurant chains, hospitality, retail or multi-outlet operations is preferred.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, refrigeration and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Solid vendor management and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage maintenance activities across multiple outlets.
- Good reporting, documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across Bangalore outlets.
