Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
- Supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 8-19 years' experience in retail management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising.
