FEA Consultant - Senior Engineer (COMSOL/Maxwell)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrostatic & Capacitive Simulation Consultant with deep expertise in finite element modelling of capacitive sensing systems, electrostatic field analysis, and MEMS-based sensor technologies. The role requires advanced simulation experience to support product design optimization, sensitivity analysis, and performance validation.

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location: Bangalore (5 Days WFO - Mandatory as per client requirement)

Key Requirements

- Hands-on expertise in Electrostatic & Capacitive FEA for Touch Sensing, Capacitive Sensors, and MEMS Devices.
- Robust experience with COMSOL (AC/DC Electrostatics) or ANSYS Maxwell.
- Expertise in electric field modeling, capacitance extraction, parasitic analysis, and sensor optimization.




- Experience with micro-scale/high-precision sensor simulations.
- Understanding of thermal drift, measurement stability, and sensor performance characterization.
- Ability to translate simulation results into design recommendations and product improvements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with MEMS design, sensor architecture development, consumer electronics, wearable devices, or precision instrumentation.
- Familiarity with multi-physics simulations involving electrostatic, thermal, and mechanical interactions.
