Implementation & Automation

Standardize, build, and govern multi-tool CI/CD deployment pipelines using BuildPiper, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.

Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management standards using Terraform and Ansible automation playbooks.

Architect dynamic zero-trust secrets management using HashiCorp Vault, integrating secrets engines with OpenShift service accounts and deployment pipelines.

Establish centralized binary artifact repository management and lifecycle policies using JFrog Artifactory and Nexus Sonatype.

Automate operational tasks, platform administration, and system provisioning using advanced Linux/Unix administration scripts and Shell scripting.

Governance & Compliance

Enforce enterprise security posture, RBAC policies, network segmentation,



and zero-trust container security across all OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.

Drive vulnerability scanning, image signing, dependency tracking, license compliance, and patch management across container platforms and software pipelines.

Establish operational SLAs/OLAs, compliance guardrails, and audit-ready documentation for all platform operations.

Enforce credential, certificate, token, and secrets lifecycle policies using HashiCorp Vault across development and production environments.

Collaboration & Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams of DevOps, and Support Engineers.

Collaborate closely with architects, development leads, security teams, and executive leadership to align engineering outcomes with business goals.

Drive continuous delivery improvements, developer self-service enablement, and GitOps adoption across product engineering teams.

Foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and cooperative problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Operations & Support

Oversee 24x7 production support operations, incident response escalation workflows, and high-priority outage resolutions.

Direct centralized observability, log aggregation, and monitoring frameworks using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and enterprise dashboards.

Drive post-incident Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews, corrective action plans, and IT Service Management (ITSM) process compliance.

Ensure service availability, environment maintenance, capacity planning, and operational support for enterprise business intelligence platforms including IBM Cognos
