Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current business leads and promote commercial vehicle loan products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
- Manage dealer networks and drive business growth.
- Follow up on overdue payments and manage loan recoveries.
- Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.
- Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in the Auto Loan industry.
- Experience in commercial vehicle loans preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
- Dealer management experience preferred.
