Job Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of HVAC and MEP materials, equipment, and components.

• Purchase chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting materials, GI sheets, copper pipes, valves, pumps, and electrical accessories.

• Develop vendors, negotiate prices, and prepare comparative statements.

• Coordinate with project, design, planning, and site teams to ensure timely material availability.

• Review BOQs, technical specifications, and material requirements. • Monitor purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and material quality. • Maintain purchase records and ensure cost-effective procurement. Required Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC/MEP materials and equipment.

• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Valuable communication and coordination skills.
