- Provide professional counselling to clients for Australian Visa - Permanent Residency (PR), skilled migration, employer-sponsored work visas, and student visa pathway.
- Knowledge of Australian skills assessment procedures and eligibility requirements would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently, maintaining confidentiality for clients.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets.
- Act as a primary point of contact for document collection from clients.
