Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food items as per Olive Garden's recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of Italian and Continental dishes, including pasta, sauces, salads, appetisers, and other menu items.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.
- Follow food safety, storage, and temperature control procedures.

- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in a hotel,



restaurant, or casual dining kitchen will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Italian and Continental cuisine, including basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
