Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction and training processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and workplace concerns.
- Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee records.
- Handle performance management, employee evaluations and appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, retention and overall HR administration.
- Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR-related decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR management.
- Solid knowledge of core HR functions and end-to-end HR operations.




- Candidates with retail industry experience are preferred.
- Candidates from the IT industry are not preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, people-management and team-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage HR operations and coordinate with management.
- Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations and performance management
- Preferred only Male candidates
- Experience in furniture, luxury furniture, interior design, home furnishings or retail industries will be an added advantage.
