Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in electrical / civil engineering
Industry: BESS | Solar | Substation | EPC Projects

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of 100 MW+ Solar and BESS projects.
- Manage civil, electrical and mechanical construction activities.
- Handle project planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
- Supervise engineering, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Review drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Ensure quality standards, HSE and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.




- Lead site teams and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of experience in construction/project execution.
- Strong experience in BESS, Solar, Substation or large-scale EPC projects.
- Experience handling 100 MW+ projects.
- Solid knowledge of civil and electrical construction.
- Project management, team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidates from Solar EPC, BESS, Power Infrastructure and Substation project backgrounds.Role & responsibilities
