Role & responsibilities

- Own end-to-end manufacturing processes for cold plates, CDUs, RDHx units, and liquid cooling assemblies
- Develop process routings, work instructions, fixtures, and tooling for sheet-metal fabrication, brazing/welding, and piping assembly
- Drive Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) and Design-for-Assembly (DFA) reviews with the mechanical design team
- Lead recent product introduction (NPI): pilot builds, process validation, and prototype-to-production ramp-up
- Set up and scale assembly lines and test stations, including leak testing, pressure testing, and thermal/flow performance checks
- Qualify and audit vendors and job-work partners; manage incoming inspection and supplier process control




- Investigate production issues through root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain BOMs, process documentation, SOPs, and quality records in the ERP/MRP system
- Track manufacturing KPIsyield, cycle time, first-pass quality, and unit cost—and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate across R&D;, procurement, quality, and customers to support production schedules and delivery commitments
- Ensure shop-floor safety and compliance with applicable quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
