Servicio IT Solutions is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Domestic IT Recruiter to manage our end-to-end technical hiring process. In this role, you will identify, engage, and place top-tier technology talent across various client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requirement analysis, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination and offer rollout.
- Source active and passive candidates using job portals and social platforms.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidates on technical competencies.
- Coordinate technical assessments and client interview rounds, ensuring a prompt feedback loop and positive candidate experience.
