WE ARE HIRING | ASSISTANT MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER SALES

We are looking for experienced sales professionals for multiple openings across the following product categories:

PRODUCT CATEGORIES

1. Water Purifier
2. Water Heater / Water Geyser
3. Building Circuit Products (BCP)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive primary and secondary sales across the assigned Mumbai territory.
- Manage and strengthen existing distributor, dealer and retailer networks.
- Identify and develop recent distribution channels to expand market penetration.
- Build strong business relationships with distributors and key retail partners.
- Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Improve product availability, retail visibility and channel productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Independently manage territory operations and sales execution.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.




- Experience in the respective product category is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Mumbai's electrical / consumer durables market.
- Established relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
- Hands-on experience in channel sales and distribution management.
- Proven ability to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, market development and relationship management skills.

IMPORTANT – ROLE STRUCTURE

STRICTLY INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR (IC) ROLE – NO TEAM HANDLING.

The position requires independent territory management and direct channel engagement. There will be no direct team-handling or people-management responsibilities.

Candidates currently working as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Sales or Sales Manager who are comfortable with an individual contributor role are encouraged to apply.
