- Quality Planning & Documentation: Developing Project Quality Plans, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
- Site Inspection & Testing: Performing daily inspection of construction activities and testing materials (concrete, steel, aggregates) to ensure compliance with standards.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- Non-Conformance Management: Identifying, documenting, and resolving, non-conformance reports (NCRs) and coordinating corrective actions.
- Material Certification: Inspecting incoming materials and verifying that certificates and test results are in order.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation regarding inspections and test results for final handover
